There is a private entrance and through folding doors in the living room you have access to a private garden with terrace, wellness and a jetty directly on through water. The coach house still contains all the original features from 1850 with a mix of all the luxury you can imagine in a romantic atmosphere. The mix of absolute privacy and breathtaking beauty with the free view over open waterways and meadows makes the place unique. Especially when you consider that you can also enjoy the wellness facilities (surcharge) in the apartment's outdoor jacuzzi (magnesium bath) and Finnish sauna. The coach house is completely energy-neutral. You have access to the entire coach house (75m2) with all amenities and plenty of privacy.
