Cartouche's cabin is a detached historic hunting cabin with a cosy living room, kitchen and hunting room all in one. With one spacious bedroom and a bathroom modernised in style. Please note! Breakfast is available only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Go back in time years and imagine yourself Cartouche! Synonymous with Arnold van der Wal, the striking occupant of his cabin, who had hidden among the dancing trees of the Speulderbos. Here in what is today a museum, Cartouche received well-known Dutchmen who left their mark. The atmosphere is completed with hunting trophies, drawings and the floating table where tall tales were shared among the hunting party. The place is ideal for nature lovers, peace seekers and hikers. If you are lucky, a wild boar, badger, roe or deer might just walk by. The cabin stands in the woods with the managers' house on the same plot. The garden, veranda and terrace offer plenty of space to enjoy.
