Our 'B&B 38' is situated on a quiet side road at Buurtweg 38 in Brummen. Please note, there is no TV in the B&B. Enjoy tranquillity and rural space, with the romantic Hanseatic city of Zutphen just a 10-minute drive away. B&B 38 offers private parking and a separate entrance, complete with a large front porch. The fully enclosed garden provides over 1500 m² of space, featuring several terraces – two of which are covered – along with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue. Pets are welcome (with a one-off cleaning fee of €10), and smoking is not permitted. There isn't a TV. You can prepare coffee and tea in the room, but cooking is not allowed. A fridge is provided. A short walk takes you to a nearby forest (a Natura 2000 area), which we overlook. The river IJssel is just 17 minutes by bike, where a ferry will take you to Bronkhorst, the smallest city in the Netherlands.
