Our 'B&B 38' is located on a peaceful side road of the Buurtweg 38 in Brummen. Tranquility, rural space and yet the romantic Hanseatic city of Zutphen only a 7-minute drive away. The BB38 has its own parking space and a private entrance with a large front porch. In the fully fenced garden you have more than 2000 m2 of space with several terraces, two are covered, an outdoor fireplace and barbecue. Pets (one-time cleaning fee of 10 euro) are allowed if they don't hunt our Indian ducks. No smoking. It is a few minutes walk to a forest (Natura 2000 area) that we look out on. In 17 minutes you cycle to the river IJssel where a ferry takes you to the smallest city in the Netherlands, Bronkhorst.
