The house is located on the Overijssels canal and the Marskramer pad and in the municipality of Deventer. A visit to this beautiful historic city is definitely worth it, there are also many other places of interest in Salland. You can also enjoy yourself on and along the canal with walking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing and ice skating in winter. The house has on the ground floor a spacious kitchen with self-catering facilities, a large dining room table and an extensive sitting area, toilet and storage room. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a children's room and a shower and toilet.
