Between the Frisian Lakes, idyllic places like Terherne and Sloten are easy to reach by bike. You can then retreat to a fully equipped accommodation in the former smithy in Joure. The studio is a wonderful mix of authentic elements from the past, combined with a brand new interior. The bathroom is luxurious and spacious with a double sink, toilet, large (wheelchair-accessible) shower and freestanding bathtub. The accommodation also has a kitchenette, equipped with oven, hob and fridge. There is also a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as cups and tea bags for this purpose. Apart from the bathroom and kitchenette, the studio has an open space with a staircase leading to the sleeping area.
