This cosy flat with garden is located on the ground floor of a characteristic house from 1906, within walking distance of Utrecht's historic city centre. Around the corner you will find cosy restaurants, cafés and shops. The house is located in a quiet street near the romantic Wilhelminapark and a rosary. The flat is on the ground floor of a house in Oudwijk Noord. It has its own front door, has been renovated in style and features a kitchen, living - dining room, wc, shower and bedroom with en-suite doors. There is a sheltered south-west-facing garden where the sun comes out around 11am. As a guest, you (the only one) have access to the entire downstairs house and garden. The bedroom has a double bed. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils: everything is provided.
