De Middenhof is an attractive and spacious b&b in an almost 300-year-old Saxon farmhouse in the esdorpje Zwiggelte in the heart of Drenthe. The rooms are modern and the old trusses of the farm are visible everywhere, a beautiful mix of new and old. We are happy to welcome our guests for a pleasant stay in our beautifully located farmhouse in the beautiful surroundings of the Drentse Hooglanden. There is a large living room for socialising. The kitchen is not for guest use. In front of the b&b is a garden with several seating areas. Attached to the garden is a meadow for sheep. Breakfast is vegetarian, with mostly organic products. We also serve much from our own garden and region. There are plenty of things to experience in the surrounding area. Like the village of Westerbork. With various places to eat. Various cycling and walking routes. And places of interest such as former camp Westerbork and the museum village of Orvelte.
