VaarHuis Friesland

The VaarHuis is moored for you on the Sneekermeer. It is the only houseboat with a loft, an extra upper floor with no fewer than six berths. The VaarHuis was introduced in 2003, but still attracts a lot of attention every year. For over 20 years, this ship, with the graceful Frisian flag flying on the foredeck, has been a sailing landmark. From the outside, it looks like a cosy but simple accommodation. But once inside, guests are soon impressed by the space, luxury and design. The VaarHuis is equipped with; electricity 220V and central heating like at home, bathroom with toilet and shower and a complete kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven-magnetron and a Nespresso coffee machine. Outside on deck, you can enjoy the view of the Frisian lakes from comfortable lounge chairs. There are also corner seats with fine cushions and individual chairs on board.
