On the outskirts of Kampen lies de Zande, a small nucleus bordering a tributary of the river IJssel, called the Hank. That's where 'we' live, in a lovely quiet place with lots of space, yet close to nature reserves, cycling routes and a stone's throw from Kampen, Zwolle and Elburg. On a side branch of our house are two B&B rooms, with veranda and overlooking the garden. On the other side of our spacious, 100-year-old farmhouse, is the flat. All accommodation with its own entrance, parking space and terrace. In short, a lovely base to get away from it all!
