We have a cosy room overlooking the farmlands at the back of our little farmhouse, located on a cul-de-sac. From your room, you can walk straight into the forest for your evening walk. You can also book the room with dinner to enjoy a carefree evening. No worries about what to do and what to eat. Breakfast and dinner are brought to your room or terrace. We have our own marked cycling and walking routes. The B&B is located in beautiful surroundings in rolling scenery and at the edge of the forest. It is located between the National Parks; De Wieden - Weerribben with Giethoorn and Kalenberg, the Drents-Friese Wold and the Dwingelerveld. You can visit the former Zuiderzee towns of Blokzijl or Vollenhove and cycle along the old sea dykes. Or hire a whisper boat in Kalenberg and see the old swamp forest from the water. Visit the Museum de Proefkolonie in Frederiksoord or visit Schokland, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There is a lot to do and a lot to enjoy.
