Our apartment is located on the edge of the Heuvelland in the popular green district of Schaesberg. We completely renovated a former daycare center in 2020 into an apartment with two bedrooms and a terrace. The apartment has private entrances and is completely self-sufficient. You can park your car free of charge in our own parking lot. The motorway is a 3-minute drive, 30 km to Maastricht and 15 km. to Aachen. The lovely train station is a 1.5-minute walk away. The apartment has a spacious living room with sofa and dining table. Kitchen with complete built-in appliances, including refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso machine and microwave. The apartment has two luxurious bedrooms with new bathrooms, a nice shower and a separate toilet. The other new bathroom has a bath and a toilet. The apartment can be rented with one or two bedrooms.
