History
In 1798, this workers' cottage was built at number 5 Hofmastraat. The lower front part functioned as a stable, where the pig and goat were kept. The higher rear part functioned as a dwelling house.
In 2005, the current owner moved into the property. With much patience, love and dedication, he renovated the cottage to its current state. Before the restoration, there was no insulation. During the restoration, the owner provided the house with good insulation and all conveniences. A beautiful result!
Layout
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. Right next to it is the bathroom, with a toilet and a shower. The well-equipped kitchen leads to the living area of the cottage. A dining table with four chairs and a seating area with a bench and chairs have been created. The wood-burning stove and the record player create a rustic atmosphere and will make you completely unwind. There is room for several sleeping places on the mezzanine.
