The rooms at BenB Erf 9 are fully equipped. They all have their own bathroom, kitchen, terrace, private entrance and a loft with an extra bed. 3 people is therefore no problem. The rooms have underfloor heating and all have a great view over the countryside. In addition to our own kitchen, we also have a map with nearby restaurants where you can pick up meals or have them delivered to the room. BenB Erf 9 is located between the lands of Kampen. The oldest part of the farm dates from 1850 when the heirs were given heirloom numbers. This is where the name Erf 9 comes from. The area is called "de basketjeswaard" and here you can admire many different birds and other animal species. There are also various cycling routes along the farm. The basket value is surrounded by water and is only accessible by a drawbridge and 2 bicycle lanes. At 2 klm walking distance is a beautiful bird hut from which you can look out over a great nature reserve.
